Shipping Policy

UK standard delivery

- **Orders of £50 or more: free.**

- **Orders below £50: £4.99.**

The free-delivery threshold is based on the value of your items after discounts, excluding delivery charges. It applies to UK standard delivery only.

When we dispatch

In-stock orders placed before **1pm UK time, Monday to Friday**, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed at or after 1pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

If a product has a different dispatch schedule, we will explain it before you order. Unless a different delivery date has been agreed with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days.

 Royal Mail Tracked 48

Royal Mail aims to deliver within **2–3 working days after dispatch**. This is an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed 48-hour service. Some postcodes and service disruptions can mean a longer wait.

Tracking details will be provided when your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress.

Other delivery options

Any other available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. The £50 free-delivery offer does not cover express or international delivery, and the Tracked 48 delivery estimate applies only to UK standard delivery.

Delivery questions or problems

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you spot an error, [contact us](https://7ghphc-2n.myshopify.com/#dg-contact) as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number or other proof of purchase. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the remedy you are entitled to. Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive it; a carrier investigation does not remove your legal rights.
